The relaunch of the Collective
Our relaunch gathering in Mitcham brought Fourah Bay and Foulah Town families together to reconnect, celebrate our heritage and set the direction for our future.
On Sunday 9 August 2026 the Fourah Bay Foulah Town Collective came together in Mitcham for our official relaunch. Families who had not seen one another in years shared food, stories and laughter, elders were honoured, and a new generation stepped forward. It was a warm, joyful afternoon that reminded us why this community matters — and it marked the beginning of a renewed chapter of unity, identity and service.
